In un piccolo villaggio italiano, c’era una famosa pasticceria conosciuta per le sue deliziose crostate di frutta. Una mattina, Marco, un giovane del posto, decise di visitarla per comprare qualcosa di dolce.
In a small Italian village, there was a famous pastry shop known for its delicious fruit tarts. One morning, Marco, a local young man, decided to visit it to buy something sweet.
Entrando nella pasticceria, fu accolto dall’aroma invitante dei dolci appena sfornati. Dopo aver esitato davanti alla vetrina per qualche minuto, chiese alla pasticcera: “Quante crostate di marmellata ha preparato oggi?”
Entering the pastry shop, he was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly baked sweets. After hesitating in front of the display for a few minutes, he asked the pastry chef: “How many jam tarts did you prepare today?”
La pasticcera, con un sorriso, rispose: “NE ho preparate dieci, ma NE rimangono solo tre. Sono state molto richieste questa mattina!”
The pastry chef, with a smile, replied: “I prepared ten, but only three are left. They have been very popular this morning!““”
Marco, sorpreso dalla popolarità delle crostate, disse: “Allora, NEprendo due, per favore. Una per me e una per mia nonna. Sono sicuro che NE sarà felice!”
Surprised by the popularity of the tarts, Marco said: “Then, I’ll take two, please. One for me and one for my grandmother. I’m sure she will be happy about it!”
Pagando le crostate, Marco NE assaggiò un piccolo pezzo e rimase estasiato dal gusto. “Queste crostate sono incredibili! NEparlerò a tutti i miei amici. Dovete assolutamente venire qui e provarNE una!”
Paying for the tarts, Marco tasted a small piece and was ecstatic about the taste. “These tarts are incredible! I will tell all my friends about them. You must come here and try one!”
Con le crostate confezionate con cura, Marco uscì dalla pasticceria, felice della sua scelta. Camminando verso casa, pensò a quanto sarebbe stata contenta sua nonna di quel gesto. “Nonna, ho una sorpresa per te!” esclamò, entrando in casa. “Ti ho portato delle crostate di marmellata dalla pasticceria del villaggio. So quanto ti piacciono, quindi NE ho presa una anche per te,” rispose Marco, porgendole la crostata.
With the tarts carefully packaged, Marco left the pastry shop, happy with his choice. Walking home, he thought about how happy his grandmother would be with the gesture. “Grandma, I have a surprise for you!” he exclaimed, entering the house. “I’ve brought you some fruit tarts from the pastry show in town. I know how much you like them, so I got one for you, too,” replied Marco, handing her the tart.
La nonna, commossa dal pensiero del nipote, abbracciò Marco. “Grazie, caro. Ora, gustiamoci queste deliziose crostate.”
The grandmother, moved by her grandson’s thoughtfulness, hugged Marco. “Thank you, dear. Now, let’s enjoy these delicious tarts.”
