Questo settembre ci riuniremo in una splendida villa toscana immersa nella campagna tra Cortona e Arezzo a Rigutino Italia, per un’esperienza d’immersione linguistica diversa dal solito. Sarà un’occasione per rallentare, studiare italiano, fare nuove amicizie e godersi la Toscana più autentica.
This September we’ll gather in a beautiful Tuscan villa nestled between Cortona and Arezzo in Rigutino Italy for an Italian immersion experience unlike any other. It will be an opportunity to slow down, study Italian, make new friends, and enjoy authentic Tuscany.
Le nostre giornate saranno scandite da yoga, pilates, corsi di cucina, escursioni culturali, momenti di relax a bordo piscina e cene serali, sia nella villa sia nei caratteristici ristoranti del centro di Arezzo. Nel pomeriggio, gli insegnanti di Cultura Italiana verranno direttamente alla villa per tenere lezioni di italiano in piccoli gruppi, organizzati in base al livello linguistico di ciascun partecipante.
Our days will include yoga, pilates, cooking classes, cultural excursions, relaxing moments by the pool, and evening dinners either at the villa or in charming restaurants in Arezzo. In the afternoons, teachers from Cultura Italiana will come directly to the villa to lead Italian lessons in small groups organized according to each participant’s language level.

Teaching Italian is about far more than grammar. Through full immersion, language becomes a bridge to meaningful human connections, cultural discovery, and lasting friendships. Recent experiences included building an immediate bond with a student from Australia through daily conversations in Italian and creating a special connection with an American family by adapting to different ages and needs with empathy and patience.
Lessons extend beyond the classroom and come to life through shared experiences such as cooking traditional Italian meals together, enjoying conversations around the table, and exploring the local area through walks and cultural visits. Learning Italian becomes an authentic experience of language, culture, food, and personal connection.

“Vivere una lingua” means more than studying it.
The secret to learning Italian
isn’t knowing every grammar rule.
The secret for learning a language means using it in real life: listening, speaking, making mistakes, laughing, and letting it become part of your everyday world.
A perfect Italian verb for this is buttarsi, which means to throw yourself in or to take the plunge. If you really want to learn Italian, at some point you have to buttarti nella mischia: jump into the fray, order the coffee, ask the question, join the conversation, and stop waiting for your Italian to be perfect before you use it.
Because in the end, you don’t truly learn a language by studying it. You learn it by living it.
