La battaglia nel nostro cuore – Battle in our hearts: Indian Legend with Italian Audio

By Melissa Muldoon

One night an old indian told his grandson this story: “Our heart is contended for by two wolves. One wolf is evil: he is angry, jealous, sorrowful, regretful, greedy, arrogant, full of self-pity, guilty, resentful, common, harbors false pride, believes himself to be superior; he is the ego. The other is good: He is joyful, peaceful, loving, hopes, serene, has humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith”. The grandson thought for a moment and then asked his grandfather: “Which of the two wolves wins?” The only man simply responded: “The one you feed the most.”

My wish for you and I: to choose wisely which wolf to feed.
