There were many tempting homestays to choose from (visit the Studentessa Matta Homestay Page), but in the end, he selected Cristina’s homestay in Trentino. From the beginning, Cristina welcomed me with warmth and good humor. I really liked the city: well preserved, easy to navigate, shops and particular historical sites, in a spectacular setting on the plain between the mountains. The most precious thing for me was to be presented to Cristina’s friends, with whom we dined, showed and walked in a vineyard. These friends also welcomed me with a cordial spirit, without any hesitation to correct me in the use of the language!
