È una frase idiomatica che significa di non volere qualcosa che è impossibile da ottenere come lo sarebbe la richiesta della luna. È colloquiale e generalmente non si usa allo scritto.

Nel 1984 “Non voglio mica la luna,” un brano musicale composto da Zucchero è stato presentato al Festival di Sanremo nell’interpretazione di Fiordaliso. Il testo parla di una donna che vuole un po’ di solitudine, per stare da sola e guardare le stelle e avere un po’ di tempo per sé, e fare l’amore con l’uomo che ama.

In 1984 “Non voglio mica la luna,” a piece of music composed by Zucchero was presented at the Sanremo Festival sung by Fiordaliso. The text speaks of a woman who wants a little solitude, to be alone and look at the stars and have some time for herself, and make love with the man she loves.
